INCP.Tech offers inspection services minimizing the risk of defective products by ensuring they meet both customer standards and industry regulations. This ensure quality products are manufactured and delivered to their final destination at the specifications of the customer. 

INCP.Tech  specialists are able to provide conventional and advanced NDT inspection methods as:

• Automatic ultrasonic inspection (AUT);
• Eddy Current Testing (ET);

• Immersion Ultrasonic Inspection (IUT);

• Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection (PAUT);
• Time of Flight Diffraction Inspection (TOFD)

INCP.Tech has also developed a special ultrasonic equipment test for preliminary inspection of girth welds. The aim is to provide Clients with a clear picture of the number and size of flaws in the test samples and ensure their weld samples have the desired variety and number of flaws to build correctly POD curves. This method also implement laser profile for the assessment of the ROOT and CAP weld geometry.

INCP.tech is also equipped with Immersion Ultrasonic Inspection (IUT) tank mainly utilized in shop applications as a method to very accurately locate, classify and size defects in large plate, bar or forged materials.
